Why Become a Vice President at GBCC

Whether you are a former player, family of a junior or senior player or simply an enthusiastic follower we urge you to become a club Vice President (VP).

Better still get someone to sign up with you! Vice Presidents are vital to our continued success for a number of reasons.

Firstly, GBCC is a great organisation with deep history. Becoming a Vice President will help maintain the history of the club and enable the club’s success for future generations.

Secondly, as we grow our running costs rise year on year, and whilst every penny of profit goes back into the running of the club, greater financial resources are required to maintain and develop both the playing side and facilities. The Vice Presidents fund makes a significant contribution to this.

Apart from knowing that you are helping the club financially there are other benefits to becoming a Vice President:

• Your GBCC Membership fee is included within your VP subscription.
• Pre-release option for future GBCC events
• VP badge (optional)
• A Drinks voucher for the club bar
• Feel part of a village institution and socialise with fellow supporters, past players and family members at numerous events and matches
• Involvement without administrative commitment

Membership fees are £75 per year and can be paid via the club’s website.
